Cylindrical Servo Type SBW-300 KVA Voltage Stabilizer
The SBW series cylindrical servo-type high-power automatic voltage stabilizer is designed to provide stable, precise, and reliable voltage regulation for large industrial and commercial applications. The SBW-300 KVA model adopts an advanced cylindrical contact autotransformer, combined with a servo motor drive system and an intelligent automatic control circuit, ensuring fast response and high regulation accuracy under severe voltage fluctuations.
When the input grid voltage varies or the load changes, the automatic control circuit continuously samples the output voltage and sends control signals to the servo motor. The servo motor precisely adjusts the position of the carbon brush on the cylindrical autotransformer, maintaining a stable output voltage in real time. This closed-loop regulation system ensures smooth operation, minimal waveform distortion, and long service life.
The three-phase SBW-300 KVA stabilizer uses independent phase-by-phase regulation, guaranteeing balanced and stable voltage output for each phase. It operates with a three-phase, four-wire input system (Y-connection) and supports three-phase four-wire or three-phase three-wire output configurations, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial power systems.
For monitoring and safety, the system is equipped with input/output voltmeters, ammeters for each phase, selector switches, and comprehensive protection functions including over-voltage, under-voltage, overload, phase loss, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection. These features ensure safe operation, high efficiency, and dependable performance even in harsh power environments.
